About the Company

Our client is located in Mölndal and is a leading supplier of interior solutions for service and delivery vehicles. They offer complete conversion solutions that include everything from flooring and cladding to vehicle fittings, shelving systems, electrical systems, and decor.

You will be part of a team of about 8 assemblers.

Job Description

In your work, you will be involved in the assembly and carpentry of various types of interiors, primarily in vans. You will work with tools such as drills and screwdrivers as your main tools. This may include:

• Assembling and building cabinets and shelves
• Decor on both the outside and inside
• Electrical installation of lighting, compressors, generators, etc.
• Technical solutions such as hardware

The work also involves reading blueprints, following instructions, and conducting tests and verification on completed vehicles. The position may involve some customer contact, as customers occasionally come into the workshop.

This position is a consultancy assignment, where you will be employed by NearYou but will work on-site with our client. The position starts immediately and is ongoing. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with the client.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with vocational training in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. You need to be a handy person with knowledge in construction, manufacturing, or maintenance. We believe you have previously worked as a car mechanic, carpenter, or something in construction. We also prefer that you have experience in reading blueprints and knowledge of electrical systems.

Personality is of great importance. We see that you as a person:

• Are not afraid to ask for help
• Place great importance on quality in your work and are meticulous
• Can speak and write fluent Swedish
• Have good communication skills

A driver's license (B) is required as you need to drive the vehicles you work on.
